  A dedicated group of local artists gathered at the Phipps Center for the Arts and at locations in the St. Croix watershed for a series of seminars exploring three questions. What are sustainable art-making practices? What is the role of artists for increasing public understanding of art and sustainable issues? How can artists effect change.

  The resulting works are featured in "Watershed." The art show runs from April 20 through June 20, 2016, at the St. Croix River Visitor Center, located at 401 N. Hamilton Street in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin. The title of the show was chosen for the dual meanings of "an area or region drained by a river" and "a time when an important change happens."
