Chaco Celebrates the Dome

  In 1998, Jon Sefick donated an observatory dome and telescope to Chaco Culture National Historical Park. This became the first observatory in the National Park Service. This year marks two decades of stargazing with the dome. Join us on June 1st and 2nd as we reaffirm our commitment to host public night sky programs with the dome and to carry on the tradition of looking up at the night sky in wonder!
