  The Glacier View Sketch Program explores the idea of naturalist and artist- how each must tune into the sensory elements of their environment: sights, smells, touch, sound, and taste to gather an impression of place. The artist then uses drawing materials to create a visual record of the impressions gathered in that moment. This experience is a great way to slow down, actively observe, and connect with a very unique feature of the park: Exit Glacier!
  
  Our Artist on Site, Justine, will lead visitors from the Exit Glacier Nature Center out to the Glacier View where you will get about 45 minutes of guided sketching instruction using chalk pastels while observing the glacier. This walk is one mile total, on a wheelchair accessible path.
