Cultural Connections in the Park: Geo Neptune, Passamaquoddy

    Geo Neptune, Passamaquoddy, is a Master Basketmaker, an activist, an educator, and a 2017 Abbe Museum Fellow. They come from a prominent family of basketmakers and most recently received a first place ribbon for their basketmaking at the 60th annual Heard Museum Guild Indian Fair & Market. Geo will be doing a demonstration for visitors to witness firsthand the work it takes to make a vibrant basket.
