Visitors are welcome to stay and stargaze after the end time.
Description
Explore the Night Sky at a ranger-led telescope viewing at the Kolob Canyons Viewpoint. This program takes place outdoors on a paved surface. There is no seating, so plan to bring your own chairs or blankets. Visitors should arrive no later than 9:30 pm to set up their seating. Parking is limited and the program is full when parking at the Viewpoint is full.
Be sure to plan accordingly to be in the dark.
White Lights are NOT allowed. Please use only red lights.
If it is raining or thunder is heard within 30 minutes of the program start time, the program will be canceled. If it is cloudy, the program will be held as planned.
