Description

Learn about the life of Mohawk leader Captain Joseph Brant, a skilled commander on the frontier during the War for Independence.  Brant later organized a Native American Confederacy that almost destroyed the United States Army in November of 1791. Brant also negotiated on behalf of Native interests in London and at the President's House in Philadelphia.
