Join Castle Clinton NM as we welcome Mrs. Alice Daughtry White a Harvey Girl.
During WWII the most efficient way to move troops was by rail. But an Army needs to be fed and who better to do that then Fred Harvey and his Harvey Girls! The Harvey Girls were the 1st nationally known female workforce
Come join Mrs. Alice Daughtry White, portrayed by Kim Hanley from American History Theatre, as she tells of her time as a Harvey Girl on the Atchison, Topeka and San Fe railroad.
