Description
Park staff and volunteers invite you to the 245th anniversary commemoration of George Rogers Clark's capture of Fort Sackville. The event begins on Friday, February 23 at 11:00 am in the Clark Memorial Rotunda. On February 23, A ceremony will be held in the Memorial rotunda with the Sons of the American Revolution Color Guard. The ceremony begins at 11 am and include the laying of a wreath, patriotic songs, and a proclamation by Vincennes Mayor Joe Yochum. A brownbag lunch will follow the program with Acting Superintendent Vance Noles as the guest speaker. More details on that lunch will be announced soon.
