Description
Join a ranger for a moderately strenuous 3.2 mile hike to one of the countries first oil well sites, Beaty Oil Well. Enjoy fall in the Big South Fork while listenening to stories of long ago when the Devil's tar flowed down the Big South Fork river. Bring water, snacks, and wear weather appropriate clothing and hiking shoes. This is a great hike for your well-behavied dog; however leashes are required. This program is worth 8 points on the GO BIG Challenge.
