Big Spring can be found just south of Van Buren, Missouri. To reach the pavilion, turn off Highway 60 onto Highway 103 and drive south for about 4 miles. Around the 4th mile, you will cross a small bridge, after which there will be a large field. Take the first left into the parking lot and park there. Meet near the picnic shelter. Description
Bring your four-legged friends and join a Park Ranger for a short hike around Big Spring. Following the hike, all dogs will be officially sworn in as Ozark National Scenic Riverways "Bark Rangers" and given exclusive memorabilia!
This hike will be roughly 1 mile in length. Meet at the parking lot next to Big Spring.
Bring hiking boots/shoes, water, and a leash. Dogs must be on a six-foot leash at all times.
