Potomac River Clean-Up with the Accokeek Foundation

This Thanksgiving weekend, there's no better way to show gratitude for nature than by helping clean it up!

Join the Accokeek Foundation at Piscataway Park on November 30th for an afternoon of ridding this riverside refuge of garbage that spoils its splendor. Gloves, trash bags, and grabbers will be provided, but we encourage wearing sturdy shoes and warm clothes and bringing a water bottle. Expect some rugged terrain and possible accidental steps in water!

Please note that participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
