Join Ranger Lucy on a walking tour to examine the role of water within the history, economy, and culture of New Bedford. This program is created in collaboration with Design Art Technology Massachusetts (DATMA). Meet at New Bedford Whaling Museum Plaza
The history, economy, and culture of the SouthCoast is immersed in water— from the fishing industry to tomorrow’s ocean wind-energy industry.
DATMA produces dynamic programs that project what the SouthCoast is and has been—and what it can become.
