Join us on July 4th as we honor the 249th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence and pay tribute to George Washington's indispensable role during the Revolutionary War.
 
🎆 Get ready for a day filled with fun activities at the Log House! From face painting to pinch pot making, there’s something for everyone. Don’t miss the chance to meet our Artist in Residence, Rita Verocca, as she showcases her stunning patriotic quilt squares and demonstrates her exceptional talent. The Log House will be open to visitors from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
 
🎆 Ever wondered about the history beneath your feet? Watch as experts perform a small exploratory archaeological dig throughout the day in the Memorial Area as we continue to unlock the mysteries of our park!
 
🎆 The Memorial House Museum will be open from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Stop by and create a special keepsake by printing your own mini copy of the Declaration of Independence!
