Join us for a morning of learning about the Republic of the Rio Grande.
Jaime Hernandez, park volunteer and living historian, will discuss origins of the short-lived republic, and how adversaries during the rebellion found themselves fighting a common foe during the U.S.-Mexican War.
The program is open to audiences of all ages.
