Special Event
Experience John Brown’s Raid through the stories of the US Marines, townspeople, former enslaved and John Brown in “At All Times Ready.” Park staff and living history volunteers of the US Marine Corps Historical Company will offer special program presentations beginning at The Green in historic Lower Town at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Watch a demonstration of how the raid unfolded that made the town famous in civil rights history.
