Bird Walk

Join a ranger for a special bird walk in honor of World Migratory Bird Day! Meet at the South Rim Visitor Center at 8:00 am on Saturday, May 11. Approximately two hours.

Moderate hike, wear good walking shoes and bring an extra layer (mornings can be chilly) and drinking water (NO WATER AVAILABLE AT VISITOR CENTER). If you have binoculars or a bird guide, feel free to bring them along.

Location

Meet at the South Rim Visitor Center. Walk will be partly along the Oak Flat Trail and other areas along the rim.
