Fort Pulaski National Monument opens at 9:00 AM. Fort Pulaski closes at 4:30 PM, and park grounds close at 5:00 PM.
Description
National Lighthouse Day is a great day to visit Fort Pulaski National Monument and hike the Lighthouse Overlook Trail, a 1.5 mile out-and-back sand trail that provides visitors with views of Cockspur Island's salt marsh, the Savannah River, and the Cockspur Island Lighthouse.
