Peter has traveled extensively working as a line cook in kitchens under the direction of renowned Chefs.  He is a food columnist and is currently working at acclaimed Chef Sean Brock’s Fermentation lab in Nashville, Tennessee. His program will focus on food preservation in the 1850s
