Woodland Walks at George W. Childs Park

Enjoy a Ranger's Choice Waterfall Walk from the parking area to the falls at George W. Childs Park!

Experience the beautiful falls, trail, and Civilian Conservation Corps structure while learning about history, natural resources, cultural significance, and more.

These walks are at 10am and 2pm on Fridays. Please arrive on time as the walks will start promptly.

Picnicking and swimming are not permitted at this site. If you are interested in picnicking and swimming after the Waterfall Walk, Milford Beach is just a few minutes to the north.

Please dress appropriately, as these walks are rain or shine. However, the walks may be postponed or cancelled due to hazardous weather.
