Description
Join Ranger John Castaldo and walk in the footsteps of the 13th US Infantry (Regulars) as you learn about the soldiers who assaulted Stockade Redan on May 19, 1863, in their attempt to break through the Confederate defenses at Vicksburg.
Meet at the intersection of Union Avenue and Graveyard Road. This walking tour will cover approximately 0.5 mile, and may travel over uneven terrain. Please wear appropriate footwear, and be prepared for weather conditions by bringing a hat and plenty of water.
