Description

While at Columbia University, Christian Di Spigna started his research on Dr. Joseph Warren. A friend of John and Abigail Adams, Dr. Warren was killed in the Battle of Bunker Hill on June 17, 1775. Dying so early in the Revolutionary War, Dr. Warren has been overshadowed.

On Wednesday, June 12, 2019, Di Spigna will stop by Adams National Historical Park and discuss new discovieries he's made about Dr. Warren - including material culture pieces, artifacts, and primary sources. He will deconstruct the Warren legends and explore his resistance activities between 1765 and 1775 as he rose to the heights of power.

This discussion is FREE and open to the public from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. It will take place at the Carriage House (135 Adams St., Quincy, MA). Limited street parking is available.
