Description
Charles Dickens' 1842 trip to America.
Charles Dickens traveled on the Main Line Canal and Allegheny Portage Railroad 183 years ago in 1842. The program will feature his experience on the canal and railroad, and will also highlight the rest of his trip.
This program is presented by Supervisory Park Ranger Doug Bosley.
The program begins at 7:00 p.m. in the Visitor Center auditorium. It is free and no reservations are required!
