Description
Announcing a new program here at Pu'ukohola Heiau: SHARK IN THE PARK with Amalia and John.
Join us to learn about sharks as both a natural resource (blacktip reef sharks can be seen almost daily in Pelekane Bay) and a cultural resource (these sharks were considered 'aumukua, or ancestor gods of ancient Hawaiians).
SHARK IN THE PARK will kick off on June 14 from 10am-12pm, and will continue at the same time every second and fourth Tuesday of the month.
