Description
Ranger William of the Overmountain Victory National Historic Trail will be at Fort Defiance in Lenoir, North Carolina on June 10, 2023 to present his program "Native Revolutionaries."
This program will examine some of the ways that American Indian people impaced the Southern Campaign of the American Revolution and continue to make an impact today.
Feel free to bring a bag lunch or snacks to enjoy under the Picnic Shelter while Ranger William shares his program at 12:00pm. This program will last approximately 45 minutes, with Ranger William present before and after for a short time to answer questions and provide more information.
