Description
Food has meant more to the Anishnaabek than simple subsistence. It has provided economics, told time and is a central part cultural practices. This unique talk not only discusses the history and importance of indigenous foods of the Great Lakes to the Anishnaabek but samples of native food will be provided to the audience.
