Description
Lace your shoes, grab your work gloves, and bring your love of the great outdoors on Saturday, June 1st to celebrate National Trails Day, a nationwide movement to enjoy, appreciate and sustain America's remarkable trail systems. Enjoy coffee and donuts from 8 -8:45am and learn more about Park trails and upcoming events at the Temporary Visitor Center located in the lower parking lot. Please note that long pants and closed toed shoes are recommended for all guided hikes and volunteer service projects this day. REI outdoor instructors will provide basic information on hiking and camping on each of the guided hikes. In case of inclement weather, this event is subject to cancellation.
