Join the National Park Service as we celebrate National Park Week 2019 from April 20 to 28! America’s largest celebration of national heritage is about making great connections, exploring amazing places, discovering open spaces, and enhancing America’s best idea—the national parks.

Tuesday April 23 – Thursday April 25 10 AM - 12:30 PM A Broader View of Early New York Join park rangers of the National Park Service on a walking tour of lower Manhattan.

Visitors will begin at Castle Clinton National Monument, within Battery Park, ending at African Burial Ground National Monument, in TriBeCa.

• Trinity Church

• Federal Hall National Memorial, Location Birthplace of American Government

• St. Paul’s Chapel

• City Hall Park

• Foley Square

• African Burial Ground National Monument, North America’s oldest and largest known burial ground of African descendants.
