Description
Let’s Move Outside! is a component of former first lady Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move program launched in 2010. It is a nationwide campaign to end childhood obesity within a generation, so that children born today will grow up healthier and able to pursue their dreams. Let's Move Outside! is about putting children on the path to a healthy future during their earliest months and years.
During this free program, we will go over habits for a healthier lifestyle and recreational activities offered at the park. Participants will even be able to do an obstacle course!
Parking is free and open to all ages.
Be sure to wear appropriate shoes, sunscreen, and bring water.
