Description
This program begins at the Harkers Island Visitor Center and goes to the East End of Shackleford Banks. See the Horse Sense and Survival program page for contact phone numbers for reservations and other information on what to expect for the day.

Reservation or Registration: Yes
This is a two step reservation: 1st contact the Cape Lookout Visitor Center on Harkers Island to reserve your spot, 2nd call Island Express Ferry Services to reserve your space on the ferry for the horse program -- please don't reserve online as this is a special ferry. When you call the ferry tell them that you are going on the horse program.
