The ranger talk will start at 4 pm. The Pony Express rider is scheduled to arrive at 4:45. However, he or she may be delayed due to weather, or other circumstances.
Description
Join park ranger Matt Salomon for a short talk about the Pony Express at the Scotts Bluff National Monument vistitor center. After the talk, head over to watch the National Pony Express Association’s annual re-ride approach the monument to exchange riders, horses, and the mochila. The re-ride is scheduled to arrive at Scotts Bluff National Monument at approximately 4:45 p.m.
