Description

Living history volunteers will be on site to demonstrate uniforms and equipment of the United States Military from the War of 1812 through World War II.  Volunteers will be set up throughout the historic fort.  Vicitorian Dancing, Music, Black Powder demonstrations will be presented throughout the day. 

Talks and displays on gas masks, Endicotte Batteries, civilian life during the civil War will also be on-site.

A concert will take place following the day's activiites.  Featuring Hard Tack & Sea Biscuits, the musicians present Mid-19th century music from land and sea, in ways both familiar and surprising.  

Arlington House Victorian Dance Society at Fort Washington will be demonstrating a variety of dances.  10:30, 12:30, 2:00, 3:30

Musket Demos: 10:00, 1:00, 2:30

Cannon Demos: 11:00, 1:30, 3:00

The concert will beginning at 4:45 pm next to the Visitor Center.

Food Truck will be on site.
