Step back in time and witness a historic grist mill at work. Hear the wooden gears turning. Feel the fresh ground corn meal. See the power of gravity and water turning the massive wheel. Immerse yourself in state-of-the-art 19th century technology between 10am to 4pm and emerge with the knowledge of the politics and science of your local mill.
