Description
Learn more about the daily life of the children who lived and worked on the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal! Hands-on and self-paced activities will teach visitors about how children learned and went to school, popular children's toys from the 19th century, and how children managed chores and leisure as their families made their living on the canal.
The Discovery Space at the Great Falls Tavern Visitor Center is open 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Wednesday - Sunday.
