Description
Come hear stories of the human cost and casualties of the John Brown Raid. Learn about the people involved on both sides and the results of their actions. Volunteers and park staff will be in historic-era clothing at various sites significant to the raid in historic Lower Town. Stationary program at Arsenal Square at 1 PM. Guided walking tours at 11am and 3pm; beginning at the John Brown Fort. Special thanks to the Harpers Ferry Park Association for their support of this event.
