Join a ranger for a 45-minute stroll atop the levee and discover the important role the Mississippi River played in the history of Ste. Genevieve. This family-friendly program is recommended for ages 7 and up. It’s free and open to the public—no reservations necessary!

Meeting Details:

  • Where: Ste. Genevieve Welcome Center
    Address: 66 South Main Street
  • When: Meet at 9:45 AM. Participants will caravan to the levee trailhead.

Trail Information:
The levee trail is gravel and open to the elements, so please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable shoes.

  • Sun hat
  • Binoculars
