Description

In the later years of his presidency, Dwight D. Eisenhower had a serious problem.  Collecting intelligence on the Soviet Union was extremely risky, yet Eisenhower needed information.  Soviet missile and bomber development gravely worried America and its allies.  With nuclear war a distinct possibility, Eisenhower chose to spy on the Soviet Union using a new - and risky - machine.
