Participants should gather for a reception and light refreshment at the Wupatki Visitor Center at 4:30 p.m. The art installation and performance will begin at 5:30 p.m.
Description
In celebration of National Public Lands Day, artists Shawn Skabelund and Janice ChenJu Chiang will present Convergence, an art installation and musical performance at Wupatki National Monument. This site-specific, place-based art installation will take place on Saturday, September 28 from 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Participants should meet at the Wupatki Visitor Center.
Event Schedule:
4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. - reception with light refreshments at the Wupatki Visitor Center
5:30 p.m. -6:30 p.m. - Convergence art installation and musical performance
