Description

Experience the varied cultures of the US-Mexico border in the exhibits, activities, performances, and demonstrations that are part of an annual cultural event at Chamizal National Memorial. Performances include the traditions of ballet folklorico, Tigua, and Matachines, as well as musical numbers and a lasso demonstration. Activities include a Pokemon Go event, an interactive art exhibition, games, and a number of history and culture demonstration booths. Food and refreshment trucks will be on hand, so plan to spend the day with us!

Traditional Storytelling:
