Description

Please join us at the Ponca Elk Education Center on Saturday, February 29, to share your stories, photographs, and memories of the Buffalo River area.

Students from the University of Central Arkansas will conduct interviews and scan photographs to preserve oral and visual histories of our home and our way of life in the Ozarks. Participants are encouraged to bring photographs arranged in chronological order for scanning.

Appointment times are still available at 11:30, 12:45, and 2:00 PM. Contact Lauren Ray at lauren_ray@nps.gov to schedule an appointment.
