Frederick Douglass at Arlington House

Frederick Douglass visited Arlington House on two occasions. Learn about what he experienced and felt during his visits, both during the war, and after from a Frederick Douglass impersonator from 11:00 am-3:00 pm on Saturday, August 22.

Formal programs will be  given at 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm.
