Join us for a public welcome event celebrating muralist and sculptor Cesar Inostroza, the newest Artist-in-Residence at Chamizal National Memorial. Discover his creative process and how his work explores themes of cultural identity, diplomacy, and environmental stewardship.

The Artist-in-Residence Program brings diverse artists to Chamizal to create and share work inspired by the park’s history and mission, helping visitors connect through visual storytelling, music, and more.
