The Cultural Connections in the Park series occurs on select Wednesdays from June through September.

Reanna Crowe is an Indigenous Artist specializing in traditional porcupine quillwork and quilled birchbark baskets, created within the Wabanaki artistic tradition. Her work often features etched birchbark, sweetgrass rims, and densely quilled surfaces to reflect patience, precision, and deep respect for the natural materials she works with. Her demonstration will focus on quillwork embroidery.

This program will take place outside near the Sieur de Monts Nature Center. All Cultural Connections programs are sponsored by Dawnland, LLC, are offered in partnership between Acadia National Park and the Abbe Museum, and are free and open to the public.
