Description
Join us for a day of Heirloom apple tasting, live music, corn husk doll-making, gold panning, living history, and activites spotlighting the Wintu and Chinese heritage here at Whiskeytown.
There will be Food and drinks for sale.
Walking tours of the historic district will be available.
For those interested in participating in the Harvest Fruit Bakeoff & Cookoff copetition:
This friendly competition involves making a dessert, side dish, or main dish, with a major ingredient being a fruit that was historically harvested within our Tower House Historic District. Fruit options include apple, peach, cherry, fig, pear or quince. Only one entry allowed per contestant. The public will taste samples of your dessert or dish during the Harvest Festival and will vote on their favorites!
