Description

Join us Memorial Day weekend for a U.S. Military History Timeline featuring firing demonstrations and living historians. Interpreters will display the arms, equipment, and personal effects of U.S. soldiers across generations, with uniforms, weapons, and artifacts spanning from the Revolutionary War through World War II.

In honor of the 250th anniversary of the United States, this year’s program will place special emphasis on the Revolutionary War. Living historians will interpret Colonial and Revolutionary-era uniforms, equipment, and weapons, and present firing demonstrations of period small arms and artillery.

This is a signature Freedom 250th event at Shiloh National Military Park.

Additional details and a complete schedule will be announced at a later date.
