Join National Park Service Naturalist Jerry Hightower for a campfire, program on the covered upper deck, sunset stroll, and a beautiful start of summer with an end of day on the Chattahoochee. Discover new facts about wildlife of the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area and the state of Georgia. Receive a complimentary Chattahoochee River Naturalist Journal with wildlife lists and paw prints. The activities are very casual and informal. You are welcome to come early and bring a picnic dinner. Walk the Three Forks Creek Loop Trail and check out the interesting turtle facts posted on signs along the way.
