Free. Tours are free of charge; however, as a federal fee area, all groups require an entrance pass to Cedar Breaks. Entrance passes are $25 per vehicle. Interagency Annual or America the Beautiful passes waive the entry fee of all individuals traveling together in one vehicle.Location:
