Description

Join UMass Lowell professor Bob Forrant and Sebastian Cardona for a walking tour of Lowell’s historic Little Canada neighborhood. They will lead you through the unique transitions the neighorhood went through from the earliest French Canadian immigrants it was named for to today.  

This 90 minute guided tour will begin at 10 am at the corner of Suffolk Street and Father Morrissette Blvd. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before the tour starts to check in. Plan ahead, dress for the weather and remember to bring water! Free parking is available at 304 Dutton Street, a 10 minute walk from the starting location. Paid city street parking is available closer to the starting location.
