Making a Jazz Gumbo in the French Market
MAKING A JAZZ GUMBO is a presentation by the New Orleans Jazz National Historical Park and the French Market District that combines live music with a cooking demonstration, connecting the metaphors of “jazz” and “gumbo” ingredients.
Local musician Sam Kuslan will provide the jazz and Diane "Gumbo Marie" Honoré will make the gumbo.
