Boom! There's not much to compare to the sound of a cannon firing! Come join us on October 3rd at 11am and 2pm as staff and volunteers demonstrate an artillery firing on the Fort Smith parade ground. Fort Smith was held by Union forces from 1863 to 1865 and turned the tide in several local battles. Come join us for a cannon demonstration followed by a discussion and learn more! Social distancing barriers and safety practices will be applied for the staff, volunteers, and your safety
