Brown v. Board 70th Anniversary Homecoming Celebration

This event marks seven decades since the landmark Supreme Court decision that declared state laws establishing separate public schools for black and white students to be unconstitutional. As we gather to commemorate this historic occasion, we invite you to be a part of the festivities that honor the legacy of Brown v. Board and reflect on the progress made in the pursuit of educational equality. 

The Homecoming Celebration promises a vibrant atmosphere with inspiring speakers, thought-provoking discussions, and engaging activities that highlight the significance of former students, faculty, and staff of Buchanan Elementary School, McKinley Elementary School, Monroe Elementary School, and Washington Elementary School.
